PEEPing in late on Sunday

Sorry to be late here again. Feel free to start without me!

We had lots of stuff going on at church today, so I had to get up early to get some needed housework done. We got home about an hour ago and I had to squeeze in a quick workout before heading back into town for pizza with MIL. I only had time for the first 3 segments of Amy's ASC2.

Hope you all had a lovely Sunday. Back to the work week tomorrow.

Catherine, the weekends do go by so fast...and I have so much cleaning left to do! UGH.

Robin--Sounds like you a busy, but good, Sunday! :)

I did Core Max this morning, the section without the med ball or the stability ball. I just wanted to throw in some ab work to finish out my week.

Today I went grocery shoping, baked a pumpkin bread (and I made my own pumpkin puree from scratch, too. I actually cooked a pumpkin! Bummer part--I think canned pumpkin tastes better. Oh well), went to church...and now DD is *finally* down for a nap so I might take one, too...

Hope everyone else had a good Sunday!

:) Wendy

Peeps Check-in

Peeps:

Happy Sunday! I agree that the weekends fly by way too fast. I kicked off my next 4-week rotation this morning with CTX Kickbox cardio. Worship was awesome this morning.

I have demons in my kitchen. My eating is finally under control, and I think hell is trying to tempt me to start eating junk or eating out again. My frost-free freezer was full of snow last Sunday. I could have made a small snowman or started a snow cone business. The heating element in my oven made a firecracker noise and burst into flames Thursday night. My refrigerator died today. I am taking my groceries to the office tonight until I can get someone out here tomorrow to fix my refrigerator.

Robin, starting without you would not be any fun!

Catherine, do you have a 3-day weekend every week (or am I dreaming)?

Wendy, save some pumpkin bread for me! Yummy! You can buy organic canned pumpkin that is good. I am looking forward to pumpkin cheesecake on Thanksgiving.

See you peeps tomorrow!

Blessings,
Heather B.
