Does anyone have P90X worksheets they could email me? My husband started the program on Sunday, is scheduled to do Legs & Back tomorrow, and we just realized he is missing that worksheet. Any and all worksheets you have would be helpful, as he has written on some of the originals, and now we can't photocopy them.
I scrolled down on the calendar link but did not see the worksheets for the workouts.. they had some sort of calendar tracker for diet.
Did I miss something? I asked this question when I first got the P90x series and was told there was no where on the site that you could download the actual worksheets. I copied them so that I would have extra.
