P90x & Workout Manager

Hi there! I am going to start 90x in April and was wondering if anyone had used the workout manager also track their P90x workouts. If so, how did you do it?

I have used the WOM to track several different instructors' work outs. In the case of P90X I would use "weights", "cardio", "yoga" and "core" for all weight work outs, cardio work outs, yoga x and core syn and manually enter the work out length and estimated met value.

Thanks for the feedback Fit_mommy! I was kinda hoping someone would say "I used the numbers from this Cathe DVD because it's similiar". But of course there is only one Cathe and someone named Tony isn't it! Lol. I did some research online and most people said the workouts are about 600 calories each so I will use those values.

Yeah sorry-although I always enter a value in the MET box, I really do not track calorie burn so I don't worry too much about how accurate it is.

I will say though that I did a full (slightly modified) P90X rotation and got fantastic results from it! :)
