Has anyone followed the P90X diet? How was it? Food is my issue and I am thinking about following the diet (although, I haven't seen it yet) when get my DVD's. I've read that it is very carb restrictive which will be an issue for me. Any other thoughts on it? I'd love to hear from people that successfully followed it . . . if there are any???
