<---will sleep later if <---goes to bed too late and will get up earlier if <---gets to bed earlier.
<---thinks both have thier pros and cons.:)
<---has FINALLY made up her mind about a rotation and is starting it TOMORROW!!!!
<---had to post that to stay accountable for the decision that was FINALLY made after much going back and forth over it!
<---is combining (w/some neccessary modifications) the March 06 Cathe rotation and <--'s own Slim Series/Cardio rotation and will alternate weeks doing each rotation for a total of 8 weeks so tomorrow <--will begin slim series/cardio rotation and then next week <--will do week 1 of March 06 rotation and so on. Doesn't have any clue what this will do for <--but gives <--strength training, endurance training and cardio and goes back and forth between them to aleviate the boredom of doing an 8 week rotation instead of a 4 week rotation...she HOPES! LOL ;) :p
<--is off to bed...where <--should have been an hour ago if <--were smart.
<--tells Melody that tomorrow may not be one of her early bird mornings!;)
<--whispers nighters to all of the snoring babes!:*
 
<---so has a hard time sticking to a rotation past 3 weeks <---has to throw a jolt in for a week and then return
<---also has to rest for Godiva shopping spree tomorrow
<---is shortly going to snooze
