Ordering from Canada

As I have always ordered from CKSales in the past, I am wondering if anyone from Canada has ordered from Cathe's website. I really want to take advantage of the presale but am wondering how much duty you pay or, if there's a good chance the order will just go through without paying any. Can anyone who has ordered from Canada tell me what happened to them? Really appreciate the info.

I've always ordered right from Cathe and I think I only got nailed with duty when I got my high step. When I got the last workouts, I'm pretty sure I made it through unscathed.
