Have a good one gang!

Hi Everyone,

I forgot to check in yesterday. I was at my parent's all day and then came home hoping to get a swim in but it rained so I did Bodystrike instead.

It rained this morning but I was able to get in a 125 lap swim this afternoon. I'm so tired and looking forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight after sleeping at my parent's house for the last week.

Deanie ~ Great workout today.

Gayle ~ Hope you had fun working around the house.

Waves hello to the rest of the crew!

I enjoyed the childhood reminiscing yesterday. I went to see Public Enemies. I really enjoyed it.

Today I took to KM classes and I also did two CS segments.

I was looking over my exercise diary and now that I am accustomed to exercising, I need to push myself to go harder. I will start next week.

Deanie- Way to go this morning.

Gayle- Waves and I hope your day was productive.

Jane- That was a killer swim. I hope you have a restful evening.

Waves to everyone.

Hi all

Didn't workout yesterday. No excuses I just kept putting it off. Naughty of me really. Anyway today:

Rowers Hell
250m on rower then 10 pressups
250m on rower then 9 pressups etc so you pyramid down to finally
250m on rower then 1 pressup

I subbed the rowing for 100 high knees each round as I don't have a rower. So mine was High Knee hell lol. Then I did the blast challenge from kickmax. Cool down was from Kick max and warm up was the joint mobility section from Lauren Brooks conditioning dvd.

I'm bushed.

Deanie: Another wonderful workout. Your hamstrings must be talking to you today lol.

Jane: Well done on the swim. I can swim but I'm not very good at it. DH is a good swimmer I wish I could get him to do it more often.

Farmer: Way to go with the workouts.

Gayle: I hope you got all your housework done. I hate housework but its one of those things that has to be done.

Anyway have great Sundays everyone we're off to friends for a typical English roast dinner today. Which will be very unclean no doubt. Chicken, roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots and the good old pea. With gravy no doubt.

Love
Laura

Hello ladies! I am back, and I am tired. We got in at 4 in the morning (12 hours ago) I had been up since 6 on Saturday morning) and I woke up at 8:30 to start unloading the van and go grocery shopping. I am being lazy right now, just laying in bed watching youtube videos because I can't fall asleep in the middle of the day - but boy did we have a good time!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D We saw more dolphins that I could count when we were out on the boat Friday.

Deanie, when I saw the title of today's thread (oOoOoOo) I started singing Hangin' Tough for some reason :p

See you tomorrow, when I have more energy.

Melissa

Hi Everyone!

I had a great Sunday. I woke up and went to the track and ran laps and the bleachers for about 45 minutes. It was a beautiful morning with relatively low humidity. Then I went to visit dad and we watched the Cub game together. Yay...the Cubbies won!!! I just got done doing PUB. I'm going to feel it tomorrow.

Melissa ~ Welcome back! I'm glad you had a great time. I always see lots of dolphins when I head down to the Gulf. I love the beach!!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!!
