I don't know what it is with these, but I have such a hard time with them. Well, actually, I know what the problem was the first time I did them. My chairs are really high and I couldn't find something the right height. But then I started using my step as my "floor" the next time I did them and it was OK.

Well, today I couldn't do them at all, and I think it has to do with doing the plyo legs the day after running 10 miles. I might have to rethink that rotation next time. I really want to be able to do that exercise without falling into the chair!
 
The first time I did these, I could barely do them, for me the bench I was using was little too low, so I tried by other bench, maybe 2 inches higher, and that worked well. These were weird for me, they went from super hard, to no big deal after the first time, I'm afraid I'm somehow cheating them, maybe I'm rocking more than I think?
