ok, after years of trial and error i have found that my body responds best to higher levels of cardio; meaning about 5 days a week for 40 min or so. it is hard to get that length of cardio in and weight training witha traditional 3 day split when i don't have more than 1 hr to workout each day. I know that many of you do one body part per day. Are you ladies going to continue this type of split when you receive STS? so i was thinking of doing one body part per day, hitting it hard, and doing intense cardio which would come out to about an hour a day. what are your thoughts? i have never done 1 body part per day. i've always done upper/lower, 2-3 body parts per day, or full body workouts. but with these splits i could never fit in my cardio and i held on to a few pounds of fat. so i need a split to keep my cardio going.
