Once vs. Twice Daily Workout Series

I have had some success recently with losing a few pounds with splitting up my workouts several days per week into 2 20-30 minute sessions. Maybe it's the metabolism boost or just the fact that I end up working out more time over a week period. I wonder if Cathe has thought about doing a series like that. Maybe the workouts could be done in one session or split over 2 sessions.
