I am on my P90X rest week. Kenpo X is scheduled for today, this is not a particularly intense workout. DH has asked for my help moving the two cords of wood that were delivered the other day. You guys think this is an ok light cardio stand-in? It will involve loading a wheelbarrow with logs and pushing it over grass to the stacked wood.

I don't know anything about Kenpo X but I have moved a cord of wood in a wheelbarrow over a grassy, bumpy lawn and I would have to say that it's a very good workout;)
 
You could intensify the workout by picking up one stick of wood and running to the place you want to put it...then run back for another stick of wood. Repeat. }(
 
I don't know how much 'cardio' it would be: it seems more like a weight workout (unless you run each log over separately to the pile and forget about the wheel barrow).
