Okay, I finally added a couple fitness pics...

I will admit that I am very proud of my arms. They are the one area that I feel pretty confident about. The legs and butt are a different story.:+
As far as what workouts and weights I use. I use ALL Cathe weight training workouts. She's the best! I love my Gym Styles and my Pyramids. I would say I use those the most. I also like her circuit workouts... especially HSC (a lot of shoulder work) and SJP. Oh, and I love ME. In pretty much all Cathe's weight workouts I match her weight except for bicep work I usually go about 5 lbs heavier (I love to work my biceps... well I love AFTER I work my biceps, not during:7 ). However, I have to sometimes go 5 lbs lighter on her Gym Styles and sometimes even lighter than that, depending on the muscle group. Those workouts kick my butt. That's why I like them so much.

Katie you are a well proportioned, muscular and fit young lady and should be confident Period! Your hard work shows.

thanks for sharing. I do pyramids and MM for upper body, but think since you have had good success also with gym styles I will add them as my next cathe purchase.

You look great (especially your biceps!). You should be real proud of yourself and your daughter is too cute. It's good that you're getting her started early!
