october rotation

Can I sub PH and MIS for S&H and Gymstyles and MuscleMax. I can tape S&H off of fittv if it comes on. I know I won't build the same strength as with her rotation but I don't lift often and I don't lift the heaviest I have is 15lbs.

Hmmm. I assume you are looking to make strengh gains, hence your interest in the rotation ;) I would invest in maybe some 20s for this rotation to have handy if you move up in weights.

If you can tape some S&H off of FitTV, that is certainly better than nothing. I have those 3 from FitTV as well. I think you could probably sub PH (even though it is really endurance based) and heavy up as much as you can on the exercises, even cut back on reps if you need to in order to make it more akin to a strength workout. I think it's easier to sub this one than MIS, personally.

The other thing I suggest is maybe someone has the exact breakdown of the exercises in some of the wt workouts for you so you could do it on your own. I know I have a lot of the GS exercises memorized with the order and speed and such but I don't want to give you wrong information. I hope this helps a bit.
