Nutrition Question

I am beginning the Carb Cycling in "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". I am having some difficulty customizing my eating plan. I am wondering of any of you know of a computer program or website where you can enter in the protein/carb/fat percentages/calories and have it spit out menus???? Or if any of you know of a site where you can find menus based on nutrients and calories or....if any of you have done this and can enlighten me as to the best way to figure it out?
 
I do calorie zigzagging and I try to keep my fat/carbs/protein at certain percentages. For me it was just trial and error using FITDAY. I would enter my food before I ate it to see the affect it would have on my ratios. It takes time but eventually you kinda learn what works and what doesn't.
