Hello,

Could someone please give me a sample of you do 6 clean meals a day for muscle strengh and growth.

Here is what I do. Quick example.

Meal 1-protein shake with flax oil/water
Meal 2-protein source, starchy carb like oatmeal
Meal 3-Protein, fibrous carb (veggie), 1 starchy carb
Meal 4-protein shake with flax oil-water
Meal 5- protein, fibrous carb
Meal 6-protein, fibrous carb, 1 starchy carb
Meal 7- protein shake with flax oil/water

1 gallon of water a day, plus hit the weights hard.

I know alot of people are doing the Body For Life program, you might consider checking it out!
 
I by far know what I'm suppose to do, but I just started P90X and am "trying" to follow what he suggests for the 1800 calorie meal plan I need. So that being said here's an example: Breakfast: 6egg whites w/a handful of mushrooms, Snack: 4oz cottage cheese or handful of pecans, Lunch: 2 cups salad greens w/ 1/2 cup chick peas & 3 oz of chicken or tuna (not suppose to but I do about a tblsp. of ranch dressing:9 Snack: 2 cups strawberries or a grapefruit and Supper: fish, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 cup wild rice. I ended up way short on calories this day but it seemed to work for me and I felt great during my workout! After my workout I had a string cheese! I forgot I take flax-oil too!
 
Pick up a copy of Oxygen magazine, Clean Eating Magazine, the Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno, or any other fitness related books (there is a good one by Monica Brant out that). Do some and use some common sense and you will be just fine.
