November Rotation TWEAKED a bit....

This is what I plan on doing - - pretty much the same thing, but I wanted to add in some functional fitness type workouts once a week and I think that Core Synergistics is a good one for core and Barrys Bootcamp Total Body is another good one - -

WEEK ONE:

Mon: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back
Tue: Kickbox/Legs & Core
Wed: Yoga/Pilates
Thurs: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders Calves & Core
Fri: Boot Camp/Bi & Tri
Sat: Barrys Bootcamp Total Body plus floorwork B&G
Sun: OFF


WEEK TWO:

Mon: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back
Tue: Core Synergistics
Wed: Kickbox/Legs & Core
Thurs: yoga/pilates
Fri: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders & Calves Core
Sat: off
Sun: Boot Camp Bi & Tri


WEEK THREE:

Mon: OFF
Tues: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back
Wed: Kickbox/Legs & Core
Thurs: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders & Calves Core
Fri: Boot Camp Bi & Tri
Sat: Total Body Barrys Bootcamp
Sun: yoga



WEEK FOUR:

Mon: PLB
Tues: Core Synergistics (p90x)
Wed: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back
Thurs: Kickbox/Legs & Core
Fri: OFF
Sat: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders & Calves Core
Sun: Boot Camp Bi & Tri
 
Oooohhhh I like that! (Although I don't have P90X...:()

I've decided that I'm going to do an 8 week rotation starting Monday. Alternating a week of the November rotation with a week of BBC. I just got both and love them and want to utilize them equally right now.

I love your "tweaks", though! Great job!

I just couldn't give up the Barrys BOotcamp Total Body and I miss the Core Synergistics from P90X - I love using just my body weight sometimes :)

I like your idea too - right after this rotation, I am going back to Barrys Bootcamp for another four weeks ( at least that is my plan now ) Plus only five days of workout days through the Holiday season is pretty ideal....I need the other two for shopping ;)
