Attention CatheLIVE subscribers , Thursday Nov 7, 2024, at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Turned Up Trisets: Lower Body”. Get ready to turn up the challenge with this fast paced all lower body workout that takes three exercises and repeats them before moving on to the next lower body grouping. Oh and be prepared for a teeny splash of cardio before moving into each new triset too .

Equipment needed:

A variety of handweights (we will be using 10 through 15’s)

A full sized step at a 6 inch height (one riser under each side )

I had an idea for a workout. I don't know if you have an area for that. Big Ball, Little Ball, and Standing Core. It might be fun to combine your standing cardio Core moves and standing weighted core moves with the Big Ball and Little Ball for a lot of fun...A medicine ball would be fun too, but the plates work just as well IMHO.
