Nov. rotation all of SH legs or just the legs week 4

I'm wondering if I do all of Slow & Heavy legs tomorrow including shoulders or if I do just the legs on week 4 of Cathes November 4/DS rotation.

Just trying to plan my workout week. :)

Only the legs portion, I believe. I am subbing all of Gym Style Legs instead since it's longer (and more intense, IMHO).

Thanks Allison. I'm going to work (job)full time after being part time for 10 years. I really have to figure out my workouts regarding time or I'm in trouble.

I did the S&H Legs and I must say that my keester ached for DAYS after doing this. Absolutely loved it!
