NON clean eating:)

I feel like a cow, BUT.....

It is me and my DH's 30th wedding anniversary today, so I thought I would treat myself to a non clean eating weekend........a pigfest of sorts, LOL. We had a great time yesterday going to eat chinese before a college basketball game(our team won, YAYYYY!), then on to dinner after at Chili's. After my cajun ribeye steak(no, I didn't eat it all:)), tators and veggies we feasted on their molten chocolate cake, YUMMO!. Needless to say, I was in a chocolate heaven coma afterwards. Anyway, today isn't much better. But I figure, hey, you only have your 30th once so why not indulge. Tomorrow will be back to super clean eating after consuming a gajillion calories(and trying not to feel guilty about it).

Don't feel guilty, enjoy the many wonders of food and flavor. You are right, it is once in a life time. Just as long as you don't have many once in a life times, otherwise it could be a habit. You don't want that.

Enjoy yourself, you only get to live this life once.

Happy 30th Anniversary!!!!! That molten lava chocolate cake is awesome!! We ALWAYS have that when we go to Chili's. I don't do the ice cream on top though. Enjoy, you only celebrate your 30th once in a lifetime. Have a great rest of the weekend to you too. :)

Thank you! Trust me, I don't think I could do this all the time. I would feel way to crappyx( . But it's fun for right now.

Speaking of crappy, our lab treated me to a nice roll in the crap. So I had to march her upstairs, her pouting all the way, to take a bath. WHY do they do that? I just don't get it. Do they think they smell wonderful? SHEESH! Oh well, she's clean..........for the time being:).

Its not hard to feel guilty after indulging but thats what life is for....indulging:) AS long as we eat good most of the time then we shouldn't worry.
I think the reason why I feel bad after indulging is b/c Im afraid I won't get back on track the next day. As long as you can jump back into clean eating right after, we won't see any negitive effects from our treat:)

Thank you Becky! It certainly doesn't feel like 30, but I guess that's a good thing:D . We have a "Braden" grandson also. How old is yours? Ours is 4yrs. and a cutie. I might just be a little biased though, LOL.

I have been having trouble getting "back on track" for a little while now. But now that the weather is getting nice(well, not today)I'm a little more motivated. I do eat fairly clean most of the time, I just need to cut the portion size down a bit. I'll get there because I have the will to be where I was several moths ago.

Our Brayden is almost 17 months old now and so smart and active.
Must go with the name, huh?;)

This summer Dh & I will celebrate our 25th anniversary, so I know how quickly it goes! I can't believe it has been that long!

Glad you had a wonderful time! We celebrate our 28th this year. I must try that molten cake sometime. LOL about your dog rolling in the crap. Could have rolled in a dead animal instead. That's what ours like to do.

So were you confessing your dietary "sins" so you could get that "Oh, don't feel guilty" feedback? No one needs to know and no one will scold you if you don't tell about your little dirty eating foray, so eat and enjoy your food and have a happy, happy 30th.

Thank you, we did have fun and it was very relaxing. The molten cake is wonderful, but the choc. lava cake from Applebee's is to die for.

Oh, our dog rolls in the dead animals also and anything else that's stinky.....go figure, lol.
