+++No Sweets for March 24th+++

Hey Ladies,

Well the fast went well. I was hungry but I persevered! Eating has been good. I have yet to cave to the Easter candy, though the robin's eggs are calling my name! When did they learn to talk? My only slip was I candy white chocolate cross Saturday night for church and did lick my fingers way too often. Had to keep washing my hands!LOL! Did end up eating to much yesterday, had a sweet craving, (i think from the candy the night before) and was trying to find anything that would make it go away. At least it was all good food, except the 1/2 bagel at the church breakfast (it was all they had that I could eat).

Lori - I had read that doing an occasional 24 hour fast was good for helping weight loss and controlling eating. So I decide what the hay, I would give it a try. I'll let you know if I see any results.

Catherine - you have a good memory. I did start a new eight week rotation. Its full body with heavy weights. Here is what this morning looked like.

5/5/5 - 37's ***could have gone heavier, so held the contraction at the top instead***

5/5/5 - 100# ***took these to parallel***

Barbell Curls
5/5/5 - 55#

Triceps
Close Grip Press
5/5/6 - 85#

Then did some hanging ab work.

Linda, WTG on the weights!!! Looks like a good program. LOL at the robin's eggs calling your name.

I didn't eat much sweet stuff yesterday. As a matter of fact, just 1 praline. But it was all the other stuff I ate!!

Will be doing 4ds upper body premix this evening.
