Catherine, I DO believe that you are still on track! You have a little cheering section going in Indiana for you. :) Weekends are my achilles, too. We tend to stay pretty busy running around out and about so we tend to just pick food up while we are out - which is never good. Things should be pretty calm this weekend. We are having a some friends over on Saturday and are cooking an awesome home cooked meal for them! I have never tried pull ups w/ ankle weights on... :eek: I am so amazed!

Lori, I see that you are cheating on us - checking in somewhere else but passing us by... :eek: ;( As my wonderful husband would say - that makes me a sad panda (yeah, he is a total dork)

Mag, Alicia and Rose... hope you ladies are doing well!

Well, I rested yesterday. I wanted to run, I really really did but I was just too tired. I have been having the most bizarre dreams lately and they have been keeping me up. I am not preggo, so I have no idea what that is all about! Yesterday's eating was fabulous.
Today I am doing a kickboxing/pull circuit. My tris are still sore (thanks, Jari) so I am going to wait another day or two on them. I may just hit the bag or do a DVD, I haven't decided yet. Which one sounds like it will cause more pain? That is probably the one that I will do. ;)

Hi Ladies,

Well just returned from the dentist and grocery shopping. What a fun filled day! Yippee! Went to dentist for a tooth ache and found why my head hurts so bad. I have a sinus infection, which is also making my tooth ache. Anyway, I did CC #4 workout was 47 minutes, traveled 4.05 miles, average HR 159 and 683 calories burned. My poor head was pounding when I was done, I think it was from all the blood rushing around in there.

Eating is still on track, but I did have a ritz craker w/ cream cheese last night. I know it's not a sweet, but it sure was good! I can't believe that I only have 20 some days left. Not even sure how many, it's either 22 or 23. It doesn't seem like enough time. If I don't reach my goal I sure hope it doesn't just blow me out of the water. If you know what I mean, I don't accept failure to well.

On the brighter side, my DH is busy planning my party.....can't wait!

[font color=crimson]I just got done! I did a kickbox circuit w/ back, bis and shoulders, plus abs. I must have really killed my shoulders because I am having a pretty hard time time lifting my arms and typing!

Linda, I am sorry to hear about the sinus infection. I have never had one, but I know people who get them and it is just no fun at all. I hope it passes quickly. Do you know what DH is planning for you?

Sorry!:) I didn't mean to pass you by!!!:) When I start checking in I have intentions to check in everywhere but my time on the computer seems to be getting shorter and shorter these days. To many people pulling me in to many directions. I haven't stopped today and my feet actually hurt;(
Eating as been good and I have been getting lost of water. The scale was up (Alot) yesterday and I was sooo mad! Ugh! Im not sure what was going on with my belly but I felt full all the time. So yesterday I drank tons of water and it seems to have gotten better. And the scale was down again today!

Missy** see...I have my reasons!:) I would have started the checkin today but like I said, I go to do something and someone needs me. Drives me crazy actually. I haven't had ME time in ages. I cooked a turkey today and now I have a pot of soup on the stove,like i need to be making that at 9 in the night:eek:

Yesterdays workout was shoulders and a 10.2 mile run (95 mins) and todays workout was suppose to be bics and a run but all I did was the run (65mins) I guess i will have to double up tomorrow and work bics and tris. Been getting my runs in outside but we are suppose to have flurries tomorrow so I guess we will be staying in.

Well, today was a rest day for me. I ate well. Even declined dessert. Went out to dinner with DS (sis) and had a salad with a glass of red wine. I passed on dessert, but did have a bite of hers ;) So good for me!!!!

Missy, thanks so much for your encouragement!!! Sorry to hear about your dreams and sleep difficulties. I hope you get a good nights rest!!
