No more crunches

I don't know what it is, but I am so burned out on crunches. It's mostly the awful way they make my neck feel, regardless of whether it's supported by my hands or not. The roll-outs on CoreMax #2 are great, and so are the roll-ins. Are there other exercises like those, that can be substituted for crunches? Just my two cents worth. :)

My neck hurts too when I do crunches. I'm never able to get strong neck muscles to do the crunches without supporting my neck.

I would like substitutions for crunches as well.
