Hi everyone,
I've been searching the forums for posts dealing with the dreaded belly pooch, and decided it would be faster just to post a new question!!
I know that abs are made in the kitchen, having seen success with South Beach diet in the past. So, I'm not asking about the nutrition aspect. My question to you all is this: What exercises or types of exercise (i.e. Pilates) would you say do the best to get that nice flat abdominals?
I'm opening up the floor - please discuss!
