Heyyyyy guys --- Did you all happen to notice the newest member's name? Candace - like in Candace Grasso a la cardio coach volume 6??? WELCOME CANDACE!!!!! She apparently has some new cardio workouts at www.fitisitcardio.com -- that I have not checked out yet but plan on having a listen to. Just wanted to give her a Cathe fans' welcome.

i had all of sean's cc's and just got candace's cc6. it whooped my patootie!!! she is awesome!!! i am so glad she will be coming out with more stuff!

Here's how I know Allison (BTW -- how ARE you sweetness?). After she repeatedly whooped my butt in CCV6, I put her quote "pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever" in my Cathe signature block, along with her name so as to properly attribute the quote. Poor Candace had a google alert on, so that whenever her name came up on line, she got a notice. So every time I posted something she was getting an alert! LOL. She e-mailed me back then and told me she was working on these projects and would notify when they were complete. And lo and behold I got the e-mail notice yesterday. And if you look at her website you'll know that's her. Seems she's joinging the enablers we have here --- hey mom look! MORE fitness stuff! HA.
