Newbie-question

Hi:

I am new to Cathe after hearing about her on another forum. I have used the FIRM for the past few years, but have been bored and not getting the results I want. I have a cone body shape and my upper body seems to be getting bigger instead of smaller.
I have almost all of Cathe's DVD's, but quite honestly, I really do not know where to go from here. I have mastered Low Impact Step and use Core Max and Strech Max often. I have also done Muscle Max and a premix on Pyramid Upper Body.
I would appreciate any advice you can give me.

Hello! You might want to figure out what goals you have. Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to tone up? Do you want to run a marathon? I think you get my drift! :) Many of us use specific rotations to achieve those goals along with a "clean" diet. When I first started out many moons ago, I wrote down what I wanted to achieve and eventually found out through trial and error what works for me.

My goal would be to tone up-I am not really looking to be thin (Iam size 8 lower, size 12 upper), but my lower body is very toned and has very little fat, while my upper body is the total opposite.

Look around and see if any of the rotations appeal to you. You sound like you are beyond a beginner rotation, so you might want to use the rotation Cathe posted for October 2007. She is using Slow and Heavy workouts which have given me wonderful results in the past. Also don't be afraid to post in that forum. Some of the ladies over their are REALLY good at making rotation suggestions.

Hopefully one of the rotation divas here will chime in too!
