Hi all, I am 35 and would like to loose 50-60 lbs.. I love Cathe workouts. I tape them off of fittv.. I enjoy mainly the cardio videos, need alot of motivation for weights, core and stretching.:)

What's your name? You will love it here. I'm so goofy about this website. Been on it for about a year and a half. Others have been here MUCH longer. Great bunch of ladies. Keep posting. Aren't Cathe's workouts the best? Have you tried any of her circuit workouts? Cardio & Weights/Imax2 is really good.
