New Tapes

Thank you so much asking for our inputs & good luck deciding the 4 new tapes.

The mentioned ideas sound great. I am not sure what push & pull mean, but something new is always great & coming from you I am sure it is going to be tough & exciting.

I think Intro. to Cathe is a good idea. I am not sure if it is something I would be interested in. After "working out" with you the last 6-7 years, I consider myself an advanced exerciser, but for new Cathe "steppers" or " 2 left footers" this tape might be it.

After all the circuit style tapes, it will be great with an all step tape.

For the 4th tape I would like to see a tape involving hi/low. I know you are the queen of step, but I love your hi/low. It could even be combined with kick box or step, as long as you could find a way to get hi/low involved. I love the format in circuit max, but I would prefere a cardio tape without the weights. One of my favorites workouts these days are the warm up & cardio segments from Cardio & weights follow by the cardio segments from Power Circuit. I love doing the ten intense 5 min segments & I never seem to get bored.
