The new P90X+ is 5 DVD's.
Interval+, Upper Body+, Total Body+, Abs/ Core+, and Kenpo Cardio+. They are all about 45 min except for Abs/ Core+ which is about 22 minutes.
The rotations add in the original P90X also, so you can use them in addition to the regular program (ie, still using YogaX for yoga days, subbing in Plyo for Interval+ some weeks). Here's the classic rotation if you are interested.

MON: UP, A/C+
