Anybody got and done the new Mindy Mylrea workouts?

I'm talking about:

All About Abs

All About Legs and

Kick Butt Bootcamp

Love to read any of your reviews and how these compare to Cathe's style, level of intensity and fun factor!

Thanks! ;)

I have Kick Butt Boot Camp and All About Abs; the floor routine of All About Abs looked more challenging that it actually was, although I did like the straight-leg bicycles. I haven't tried the other two.

I did the warm-up, hi/lo (w/ med ball) and step w/ med ball sequences last night, and it has serious, serious possibilities. I prefer a more lengthy and thorough warm-up than this one offered but i can always add something else in. I tried the Dave-Dixon-led kickbox sequence and threw in the towel (no pun intended) - Dixon needs to work on his camera presence not to mention his cueing and rhythm.

Kick Butt Boot Camp is a keeper. Intensity-wise I'd say it's up there with Cathe's Boot Camp, although the structure is very different. All About Abs, slightly underneath Core Max.

I have Mindy's Kick Butt Bootcamp and I absolutely love it. It's very athletic, which I love in a workout, and very challenging. It's rapidly becoming one of my favorites. :D :D

I have the three DVD's you mentioned. I've previewed them all, but haven't done Kick Butt Bootcamp yet (It looks like a fun and challenging workout, though it annoyed me that the instructor of this section doesn't follow the beat of the music: I hate it when instructors use music with a heavy beat, and can't follow the beat!)

I've been using portions of the Abs and Legs workouts as add-ons to other workouts. The stability ball section of "All About Legs" gave me glute DOMS for 3 days! And I actually felt a "pump" in my glutes while doing the 1-legged squat portion.

I've done two segments of the "Abs" workout: the medicine ball segment (challenging, with some 'planks/push-ups with hands on the med ball" exercises that really challenge the core) and the stability ball segment (also good). The exercises are very core oriented, and nary a traditional ab exercise in the bunch.

I'd say Mindy is very athletic, somewhat hyper. She does have a goofy sense of humor, which is a bit toned down from her earlier workouts, but one thing that annoys me is that often when she says the word "ball" (as in stability ball or medicine ball) she has to crack wise or make some innuendo, which I find very much like "10-year-old-boy" humor.

I think there are supposed to be some clips of these workouts at www.cksales.com . You can view clips of some of Mindy's other workouts at www.collagevideo.com to get a feel for her style.
