i like them soo much better than the ones i got from gymstyle. i got them at target by prospirit. they're sturdier and come with light,med,heavy. also they're not as long which i find more convenient. i simply grab the light for t and y pulls,med for tricept kickbacks,and heavy for back. it cost $9.99
