Has anyone here tried the new Barry Bootcamps and how do they compare to his older series? I guess he went more commercialized and that usually waters the intensity down. Do they have the cardio add ons? I still use the treadmill workouts and the cardio on his older workouts, so would be nice if he kept the cardio add ons.
