Need to know before I order.......

I could call Beach Body but thought I ask here! I have the complete series on VHS. What I'd like to know, is this, does the P90x upper body DVD's offer premixes? Am I able to select my workout? Thank you

There are no premixes on P90X.

I'm sure CS at Beach Body wouldn't know what in the heck a premix was!

The DVDs are nicely chaptered, but have no menu. If you only wanted to work one body part you can chapter ahead to those sections easily.

I’m just too out done; I ((((thought))) I could buy P90X DVD’s separately. No way am I going spend $$ just to have them on DVD, look like I’ll be using fast forwarding a bit :7
