What lousy timing for me! I was being all happy the first week of October because Imax3 and the Kickmax drills were feeling pretty good--not exactly a piece of cake, but not to dread. And the second week of October I made it through the ME ab section (Cathe's toughest abs for me), breezed through IMax2, and didn't even curse the terminator climbers of Bootcamp. So I'm thinking that I'm ready to take on the new workouts. Yeah, I know, major mistake. Of course I got sick.
I have been feeling lousy and sooooooo busy the last couple of weeks. I've been doing nothing but Yoga--the last cardio I did was running 5.5 miles on 10/23. It's been even longer since I did weights--Bootcamp on 10/13 and ME clear back on 10/9. I've still been doing some challenging (for me) yoga for toning.
The problem: My DVD's are scheduled to arrive on 11/8.
The solution: Ask all you wonderful and helpful Cathe-ites (especially the ones who have tried the new workouts) to suggest where I should start to work up. We'll call it the "New Workout Preparation Rotation." I've got all the advanced workouts except for S&H, Supersets, and Push & Pull. Training starts monday.
