I need some good pilate DVDs for my neighbor friends! They are both trying to loose weight and are finishing up a pilates group mat class at a local gym. They love it and want something good for at home. One said tonight she looked at her Denise Austin pilates from years ago and it's too easy now given what they've learned and have been doing. I told them I'd check in w/ my fit friends to see if you guys have some good recommendations! Thanks in advance for your help!
