Need Help Please....

I need YOUR help, last night I did Imax 1 (1-6) MIS UB & Abs. This morning I did Kick Max.

Tonight's workout, I was thinking to do a endurance workout such as Pour Hour or Muscle Endurance? Or should I just do legs only?

Wha are your thoughts on this matter. Thank you.

I say legs only too, not only did you do ub last night but this morning too with kickmax. Let those wings rest ;-)

Legs it is……I just thought, if I was to do a endurance workout, to go lighter with my wts as in extra extra light.

Okay, its either GS legs or MIS Legs. I shall see once I get home tonight, Thank you,
