Need HELP!! downloading cardio coach to iPod

I'm about to tear my hair out.

I purchased my first Cardio Coach...YAY! Now I can't figure out how to download it on my iPod. It is saved in My Documents. I tried adding the file to my music library on iTunes, but it won't work.

Am I missing something? Any help here would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! I am beginning to feel like I need an "IDIOTS GUIDE"!!

Melissa, can't you just drag and drop it right into your iTunes library? That's what I do. Actually, I think I drag it to my desk top, and then drag it into my iTunes library.

Oh gosh, I don't know what to tell you. I'm really not computer savvy at all. Why don't you email Coach Sean -- maybe he can "talk" you through it.

IT WORKED MICHELLE! The first time I forgot to drag it to my desktop!! Obviously, you are much more computer savvy than I am.
