Need help choosing tomorrow's workout

I need your expertise in helping me decide which upper body workout to do tomorrow. The choices are between BodyMax's upper body segment, CTX upper body, and Power Hour upper body. I'm looking for something more endurance based. Do you guys have any advice to share on which one to chose?? I haven't done any of these yet so I really know nothing about them. Thanks guys :D :D !!

They are all endurance based so it's kind of up to you. Bmax takes about 30 min. and moves fast! High reps very little rest, pretty heavy weights. CTX upper body runs about 56 min. and has slightly longer rests and moves at a slightly more moderate pace. I'm not sure of the running time on PH, but it I know that it is very high rep and that it burns, burns, burns. And is, of course, each one lasts about the length of a song, which is nice for anyone with exercise OCD, lol. My personal fav. is the CTX upper body.

Oh how I wish I had that kind of stamina and energy :7 :7 !!

Thanks Mattea for the input...I guess I'll just decide tomorrow morning when I get up :). I guess it doesn't really matter...it's a Cathe workout so I ultimately know that whichever one I chose it's going to be great!!

Deni...to me Power Hour has a nice "fun" factor and the music goes right along with the exercises which is cool...:)
