Need cardio intensity recommendation

Hi I have KPC and IMAX 2 that I do for intense cardio workout. I can almost do both without having to stop. I still have a ways to go but I've noticed my cardio endurance has definitely increased.

Can you recommend another of Cathe's DVD that is intense cardio that I can add for variety. BTW I also do MM, ME, PUB/PLB, LIC but was looking for a suggestion that did not include weights and that perhaps I could do in 30 to 40 minutes.

I cant wait until the new 4 day splits....

Well, Imax 3 has very, very intense blasts, and Imax 1 (also known as Interval Max) is pretty tough too. Body Max 2 is great - it has an all cardio premix that will blow you away... and if you really want INTENSE, get Drill Max, and do the cardio premix on that one. Oh, I could go on. But that's a pretty good group to start with. Enjoy.
 
I would get hardcore extremem. it has 3 workouts on it which combine Imax 3, Low Max, Kick max and High step challenge.
workout #1: combines interval training with circuit training (this one is my least favorite b/c the transitions from weights to cardio aren't smooth)
workout#2: combines high impact and low impact intervals (great workout)
workout#3: combines interval training with high impact conditioning drills as well as leg conditioning drills (this one is my favorite)
or you could just buy Imax 3 which is really intense. drill max is another favorite. it is circuit style but has a cardio only option that is sure to challenge you.
 
How about lomax? You can only do half and clock in around your time frame. Also, to shorten some of the longer cardios, I will create my own warmup, for example, in step blast, I will go right to the first segment, after the regular cardio portion, I will pause and stretch. Melissa

I would say for most intensity go with IMAX 3 or Maximum Intensity Cardio. The hi/lo in MIC is very intense. Also, consider going 8# on most step workouts (except for IMAX 3 because of the choreography). I also agree about Hardcore Extreme. These are all intense cardio workouts.
