Hi Nancy (and other Ladies who were considering trying Denise Austin's J.H. Pilates Mat & Yoga tape.

Nancy, I think I had read in a previous post that you had ordered the tape, and I wondering if you've received it and would love to know what you think of it. I think it's pretty clear how most of us feel about Denise Austin, but I do really enjoy this Pilates workout. Just wondering how you were doing. Take care!!

Thanks for asking, Lisa. The DVD took forever to come. Since it came I haven't even had time to open the Amazon box to make sure they sent me the right thing! So, I haven't tried it yet. I'll let you know when and if I ever do.
