The question has been submitted to the main CPU of DT's brain and is now in process.
The CPU has indicated that it needs further data and offers preliminary comments, as follows:
1. Is DD's friend sure she needs a laptop? Has anyone suggested to her that she will be needing it or wanting it? Doesn't the military supply computer access to personnel?
2. What will the computer be used for? If it's just for email, she may be able to take just a blackberry or similar device.
3. If it is recommended that she bring a laptop, are there any restrictions as to size or weight or any other factors?
4. If she will be using it for internet access, what type of connection will she have? Dial-up or high speed?
