I just finished the third week of Cathe's November Rotation, 5-week option. I was sick, too, so that's why I'm behind. I chose the 5-week option because I had been sick, and because I wanted to fit in some yoga days. I do a long yoga practice on the weekly off days, and try to do a short yoga practice (20-30 min.) most workout days. Sundays I do a gentle yoga stretching like Rainbeau Mars 'Pure Tranquility' which really stretches the neck and shoulders.
As far as results, I've lost a couple of pounds. But what I'm excited about is that my midsection has really firmed up. I carry weight above my belly button--in the front and on the sides. The on-the-sides is now gone and I hope that the front stuff will come off in these next two weeks.
