For the past 2 months I have been alternating weeks of BBL week 2 of the Classic rotation (subbing Cardio Axe for Insanity's Pure Cardio) and BBC 5-day Academy (weights first then the corresponding non-treadmill cardio). I've also done either yoga or stretch on the off days to fill in the week. It's been a fun rotation if anyone is interested
This is too wierd! I've been doing BBL for a couple months now and LOVE it! I was about to incorporate Insanity into my rotation and was just talking with a fellow Catheite about doing a BBC rotation in a couple of weeks together!
Great minds think alike, Wendy Sometimes doing a full month or 2 of BBC is a bit too intense and a full month or 2 of BBL needs just a bit more and alternating the 2 has felt like a well-rounded rotation and just about everyone can use just a bit of Insanity Enjoy
I also have a pretty big touch of exercise ADD that is currently kicked into HIGH GEAR so every day I have a new rotation idea! LOL
My newest thought is alternating the SS work outs with kickboxing for cardio (using weighted gloves ofcourse). Let's see if it ever makes it from my head to real life! Sadly, most of them do not but that probably because I have waaaay too many!
You are quite welcome! I never did KB often until I discovered weighted gloves. Now I LOVE it! What a difference it makes! My shoulders, obliques and lats are just lovin' it! I have Cathe's 2# gloves for now but fully intend to get the new 4# ones down the road!
