Hi Everybody,

I've used Cathe videos before to lose weight after I had my kids and had great results and stuck to them for a long time. I had a rough year last year and got away from exercise and boy has my body changed. Im not overweight, I weigh 128 pounds and 5'6", but I just seem to "jiggle", lol ;(

I also have problems with cellulite on my butt and was wondernig if anybody had good success with any of Cathe videos to get rid of this and target and tone buttocks/thighs and if anybody has found any products that help. Im looking for a good rotation to start, haven't exercised in over six months except for walking.

Here's to my last year in my 30's and I want to be in great health with a tight butt before I turn 40, hehe. Thanks for any input! :)
 
My advice. You can w/o till you turn blue. Diet plays a key part. Be consistent, watch your diet and you will be a hot mama befor 40.
You're thinnner than me. The bigger weights seem to help IMO. I am way more tight muscled than when i was going lighter.
Just keep going. It takes time and hard work.
Just a layer of fat between me and what i wish for...

I'm 45 and have a butt that will stop traffic}( }( Squats and lunges with weights. Squats and lunges with weights. Then do some more.:7
 
The cathe videos that come to mind are: Butt & Guts (new series) and Legs & Glutes to should help you with toning. Cardio, there are many to choose from. I am also 45 and have noticed the biggest changes in the last few months.
