MTV Video's for 1 Cent

MTV Just cancelled my order and now issuing me a refund on those two pilate videos I ordered for 1 cent just about a week ago. What a bummer! This stinks!! If I sold someone something for 1 cent on Ebay, I would have to honor the bid...too bad MTV can't do the same..bidding or not! Disappointed. Anyone else receive their videos or get similiar notice of cancellation as I did?

I got the same email - so I went in and cancelled my orders myself - citing that I do not do business with a company who does not honor advertised prices. I will not order from them again (which probably has them shaking in the shoes :+ )

Hey, I just checked and have the same "lovely" email from MTV. Loved their reference to the deal we can cancel any order. Not planning to visit there again...I know they'll miss my "2 cents worth" (of DVD purchases that is ).

Call and complain to them. They have a phone number on their site.

ETA: I am waiting for my email too. I did receive one DVD and the rest still say processing. I plan on calling when/if the email comes.
