More Tabata and 100 Rep. Exercises!!

I love the Tabata!! I can't get enough of it!! I also love the 100 Rep Exercises!! I'd love to see 100 rep exercises for every strength exercise. Especially lower body and abs. I'd love to see 100 rep walking lunges, step ups, calf raises, floor exercises also various 100 rep ab exercises.

Sure, I could do these on my own, but it would be great doing more of them with Cedie, Jai, Lorraine, Brenda, Cathe, Marlo, Amanda and the whole crew!! Maybe invite other Cathletes in to take the challenge and be on the videos.

-I'm thinking as I get stronger, to group the 100 rep exercises together in upper body, abs and legs to "pave" those neural pathways, then start another round of STS.

-For Tabata, I'd love to see switch kicks, mountain climbers-not just the floor mountain climbers, but the upright standing mountain climbers. I had veered off from Cathe for a bit and did Insanity, so I'd like to see her do some of the exercises from Insanity. Other stuff like floor switch kicks that really work the abs. It seems though, that Cathe has incorporated different exercises in her tabata with suicide drills etc. But I love the Tabata!!

Love it!! And I love Cathe for always keeping exercise fresh and exciting and bringing in the latest in exercise science and technology.

I vote for more 100 rep challenges. I have done them on my own, but I was more focused and had better form when listening to Cathe.
