More 100 Rep Challenges

Absolutely! I use these 100 rep challenges almost daily since they came out. I use them as my movement time during the workday.
 
I....finally....tried Cathe's 100 Rep Challenges on all her Xtrain dvds. I had the Xtrain series for quite awhile now, but until recently never tried the 100 Rep Challenges. I have been doing all of them weekly for about seven weeks now. I love these! I love everything about them; the tips, form reminders, and continued guidance from Cathe, the slower pace to allow for better concentration of proper form and full movement from beginning to end. By the time I'm finished I feel like I really did something truly worthwhile for the particular muscle, and I can really tell how those muscles have improved!! It would be fantastic if Cathe did a new dvd dedicated to 100 Rep Challenges for the whole body with a long, extended stetch. This would be a worthwhile investment.
