Good Morning,

Well I am back up to 124lbs. I knew it wouldn't be good I caught Andreas I can't be bothereds this weekend ate horrible and didn't do any exercise until last nite when I did 30 minutes of yoga. Tonite is Turbo Jam 3 I have the puppy but DH will be home tonite so he can take care of him.

Andrea-I am most definietly in its time to get serious.

Amelia-I joined myfitnesspal.com so I am hoping that will help keep me on track.

today is a run interval and thats it! ive got some doms from yesterdays workout:D

Andrea-You got it! Today is going to be a very successful week for me,i seem to be 'in the zone' right now as far as my eating a workouts go! I just keep picturing my goal in mind,my jeans getting looser,the scale dropping....

Roxie-yay, a new mfp friend! Is today your first day? How many cals do you get a day? Before my workouts I get 1550,which isn't terrible but somedays can be a challenge. Counting cals really works, im so glad i found that place! My scale is finally moving after being stuck for so long....it can get tedious logging everything but once you get use to it....its a breeze! I will go in the night before and plan my meals for the following days,it helps on those days that I work. Good luck!
