Moment of Truth Reunion! :)

Sans Miss Lori, of course! Just because she isn't here doesn't mean that we can't still check in here, even though she seems to be the glue that sticks us all together! :D

Charlotte, how is the house looking? You wanna bring some of that OCD over here, please, I could use some of it! :7 We had a very busy weekend, well actually we never have a weekend that is NOT busy, but for some reason I am completely unmotivated to do anything about my messy house today. I am waiting for my new contacts to come in and I have been stuck in glasses for the past two weeks. I don't know why, but for some reason I don't feel the same without contacts. Glasses are annoying and don't correct my vision as well as contacts do. (that was actually for everyone, not just you Charlotte, I just seemed to go off into lalaland there! :p )

Susan, y'already for Mexico chiquita? I am SOOOOOOOOOO jealous! It is finally winter here. It was 5 degrees when I woke up this morning! I did NOT run today, no way huh-uh! I would bet it is a smidgeon warmer in Mexico! :)

Wendy, my darling, how are you! Now I have seen you around here, so you have no excuse for not stopping in and chatting! Get your booty over here girl!!!!

OOOOOOOOOOOOH!!!!! The vision center just called and I can pick up my contacts at my convenience! That would be now! But I will have to wait until my kids get home! That is okay, it is only an hour. :7 I need them! And I hear Logan up playing around in his room. Naptime is over! He is crying so that must mean that he climbed up on the bunk and got stuck. Nope. Just couldn't get his brother's shoe on!

Today I mixed it up a little bit. I did KM warm up and combos and added Seasun Zieger's Rock Steady Step combos 1-3, so that was about 55 minutes all together, not including stretch. I sure felt it in my lats during the punches, and in my butt during side kicks. I hope that you guys are working butt, too!!! :D

Hey Missy!

I was just thinkin' about the fact that there hasn't been one of these checkins since Lori left! That's awful! We should be ashamed of ourselves!;( Thank you for "rescuing" us though and getting us back "together"!;)

I did the Gauntlet today subbing in all leg work when she did upper body. That work out kicks a$$ I tell ya!

I'm already trying to figure out what I will do next month. LOL I want to give the August boot camp rotation a try but I think I need to back it down for a month before doing that one so I'll go for that in April. What to do in March though??? I'm gonna go through Cathe's rotations and see what catches my eye...I am also considering the slim series....things that make ya go HMMMMM!:)

Well, I have coffee on...must go get it before it gets yucky!

LOL, Wendy! You crack me up with your coffee! You ought to just get an iv drip set up! :p

I don't have a rotation right now, I am just focusing on building endurance for running. I am really excited, and VERY nervous! I think that I may have already said that a gazillion times, though! :D I honestly have been straying a little from Cathe and venturing a bit. I love Cathe, but after doing her for 3/4 days a week for 18 months, you kinda get burnt out! I still love her and try to get her in at least once a week, I am enjoying learning new things! I hope to acquire Turbo Jam in the near future, that seems like so much fun!

So, are your legs all shaky? :p When I do HCX #1, I do all upper body work and leave out the legs, and that is awesome! I couldn't imagine doing legs with all that plyo work! You rock!

I forgot to do abs today! EEK! I'm gonna have to do them tonight at some point.

I did my leg work with no weights/freestyle. It certainly made the jumping more difficult but it was still doable. Now if I had used weights I may be singing a different tune! LOL }(

I went through all of the Cathe rotations I had printed out and printed out the ones I didn't have....Here's my plan for the next few months....

1) Complete Jan 06 rotation.(to end of Feb.)

2) Complete a mini slim series rotation as "recovery" from Jan rotation-going through slim work outs 2x each with a little extra cardio and ab work thrown in most likely.(first half of March)

3) Sept 05 Butt and Gutt rotation.(mid-March to mid-April)

4) Aug 05 Boot Camp rotation. (mid-April to Mid-June)

How THAT for a kick-a$$ plan!?!? :+ :+ :+ Now let's see if I stick to it!!! HEE HEE!:p

So you are doing well with your running Missy? Are you training to do a 1/2 marathon or something? I would love to try running but it's just not doable for me right now with Joey. :-( Oh well...one day!
