I had a great class last night, worked them good. A couple of the girls said they weren't winded after the workout, but they were sweating??? I told them it's probably because they have been to almost EVERY single class so their heart is in good condition. I recommended they add another riser on the bottom so they would have two and that would give them a different workout, for sure. Don't you think?
Tonight I'm working at our bar for a old neighbor's surprise 40th birthday party - should be a great time and see lots of old neighbors we used to hang around growing up.

I am just getting out of bed.What a night I had last night.I had a flight at 12, which changed to 1 Then a fllight at 1:30 that changed to 4!;( So I got 30 min sleep from 11-11:30, then another nap from 2:40-3...and then from 5:30-7.And I only slept until 11 today.But thats o.k cause I want to get to bed at a sensible time tonight.
We are going to the Canadian Idol concert tonight.Its last nights winner and runner up (who is from here) That should be nice.Plus my mom is comming in for the night.
Today is going to be straight cardio for me.Im not sure if it will be a run or something else.I need to tidy up as well and I have a few loads of laundry to do.
Marcia, yeah if those gals don't feel winded then I'd say they need to step it up a notch and if they have been to lots of classes then I'm sure you are right in that they have gained endurance which is what we want, right?
Lori, have fun tonight! JUST cardio today? You must not be feeling like yourself! That doesn't sound like the go get 'em Lori we all know and love!
I'm off to do GS shoulders, my mini weighted leg work out, abs and 30 mins of cardio (rebounding most likely).
I just drank a smoothie...YUMMY!....I made a PB&J smoothie for the first time....f/f milk, natural p/b, jam, scoop of protein powder. It was quite tastey!:9

Marcia - I agree that maybe they need to add a riser - unless they have bad knees. You must be doing your job though if they're getting more fit!
Lori - you poor thing. I can't believe you hardly got any sleep AT WORK!!! What is the world coming to??? No wonder you are ONLY doing cardio today. You deserve a break after having to WORK at WORK! Sheesh!

LOL...I'm really not that bad...I am currently doing a rotation that involves a short leg routine every day (10-20 mins), abs (10 mins) ever day, one upper body part per day from GS series (15-20 mins) and cardio daily (30 mins)...so you see...I'm not such a maniac...it just APPEARS that way when I list what I am doing!
Wendy, I am sorry to disappoint you.Was a 8 mile run to short do you think? Geez...can a girl get a break around here? I had a nice relaxing 8 mile run.
Susan, I don't know what the woeld is comming to! I was so bad that I had to work and not sleep.And two bad nights in a row? I mean, come off of it!
Anyway,I am finished my run and I am headed for the shower.I have nothing done only my workout..and its funny how I feel like my day is complete!:+

When I was running those 2 miles at the gym I was thinking...my goodness! At this pace it would take me almost TWO HOURS to run 8 miles!!!! YIKES!!!! :7 :7 :7
