Good Morning Gals,

How is everyone? This chick just crawled out of bed, long enough to have her coffee :9 It was 10 before I got up but between 8-10 I was in and out of sleep so maybe I should have gotten up at 8! :eek:

Anyone have any plans for this weekend? Im not sure what we will be doing tonight but I think we will do something.Im not sure if we will go out for dinner(i got a gift certificate for christmas) or if we will have friends in and the girls will have chocolate fondue:9 C'mon Char...I know you wannnnnnnnnnnnt it!:) :) :)

Wendy- I forgot to mention about yur court apperance the other day but I did read it.This is about the guy that ran into your car? Thats what I thought it was anyway.Thats pretty crappy that you wasted part of your day and got nothing out of it! I hate when that kind of stuff happens!

Charlotte- Whats your plans for today???? Are you squating 200 lbs today and then doing a cazillion walking lunges??:) :)

Missy-How was your night last night and what did you do after? Did you make any plans for next weekend?

Susan-Are you still in bed? I know you said you don't feel like you are in as good of shape as you should be in for your mexico trip, but I think you have lost your mind! You look great.Actually you ALL look great! And its true...we are our worst critics.I don't think we see ourselves like others see us.

Anyway, I have a friend comming over soon for a chat, then I have house work to do, then I need to work out and I also need to make a pot of soup out of another turkey again!I may do that tomorrow though.

Hello!

I crawled out of bed at 10am for the first time in YEARS! I never sleep that late! LOL I ended up going out last night with "the girls". DS stayed at SIL's for the night. Right now DH is working so I am home alone with the dog. I feel like a 20-something single right now! ;) LOL

So I got on the scale this morning and almost fell over....I know this is a fluke but I have never seen anything like it! I lost 3 pounds in a matter of a couple of days! YEAH, RIGHT! IN MY DREAMS! x(

The good new though is that I measured my waist and I am pretty much now the same size around the middle that I was pre-pregnancy! YIPPEE! Even better is that I have FLAT tummy for the first time that I can EVER remember!!! I am sooo happy! It's one of the things that I somehow could never acheive no matter what I weighed or how I worked out! I guess I just always had too much fat there and I've finally lost some of it! :) :) :)

I wore my LUCKY jeans last night...OFCOURSE! VERY comfy! :+

Today I will be doing Shape It Up from the SS series and 30 mins of heavy upper body work.

Well, maybe your lucky jeans got you lucky on the scale?:7 :7 :7 Do you have a digital scale? Sometimes those can play with your head but not 3 lbs though.Yipee for you!!!!:) :) Isn't it awesome when you work so hard and actually get somewhere???

I haven't done much yet, only vacuum and clean out the fridge.I think the dial on the fridge got tunned up b/c everything is froze! It was up to 8 and I just turned it down to 5...I will keep an eye on it though.
I need another coffee and no...there isn't any in the house:eek: I was going to buy some when we picked up our coffee but I thought I would do it later and now I wish I had.I love having a coffee while I am cleaning.
Must go do some more!

OMG, are you crazy? Yeah, you are! :p I know it, you know it! I worked triceps last night after eating a few taco's. I did back too and so my tri's are sore this morning. I still don't know what I am doing today cuz I haven't looked at my rotation yet, but I know it will be lower body. Chocolate Fonduey sounds yummy. If it was in my face, I would be eating some. Dear FIL got my children some hersheys bite size candy bars and I am really having a time seeing them things in the cupboard. I have been eating just one bite size a day, in the morning so I know I will burn it off, but I hate to be tempted with chocolate that is why I don't buy that stuff. It seems like a sin to throw away such delicious chocolate, but I feel the need to do so cuz it is getting me in trouble and I will feel guilty and shameful as crap! LOL

I love my Lucky Jeans, but the pair I have are really low rise so when I reach up they seem to sit just below my hip bones...kinda sexy, but dangerous! LOL I am so happy to hear about the progress you are making! Awesome! Got a new scale from my MIL and tried it out. Hate the scale. It lies soooo bad! Said I was 77 pounds the other day and today I was 119. Hubby got on it and instantly gained 10 pounds! WOO-HOO! Not good! LOL! I told him we should just throw it out, but he thinks we just need a new battery.

Sad to say that for whatever reason there aren't many who post here on a regular basis anymore. Most people left us. ;(
 
I won't leave. I am addicted to you all! Looking at my rotation and I am due to do legs and glutes today and a 5 mile run. Don't think I will get in the run as it is yucky out....snowing now. What the heck happen to all that beautiful warm weather???? Grilling hamburgers on the grill. Had so much tunafish this week that I got to have some red meat or I am going to go nuts! Trying to get hubby to do 1000 crunches with me today and he doesn't seem motivate to do so. What is wrong with him?????? Gosh, it isn't really that hard and it goes fast, wouldn't you agree? Yes, you agree. I know you do! :eek:

Are my post really that bad? Am I that hard to understand? I don't get it!:) Don't care to either.But we won't there again today. I reread stuff just to make sure everything is under control and then WHAM! nope...I missed something, or I worded something the wrong way LOL! It wasn't nothing seriuos though,I think I need to go back and see what else I did LOL!

NO not many check in here anymore and thats o.k to.Not a big deal, keeps things smaller.
I don't know what we are going to do tonight.I think DH wants to go out for supper so chocolate fondue will not be an issure tonight:-(

Oh yes, chocolate makes me crazy when it is around me. That is why I look forward to my choc protein shakes and bars. Would not be able to survive without them. LOL So what are your weaknesses?

I love cheesecake thats my weakness.But thank goodness it is not a common house hold thing so its only when we go out to eat that I am tempted.

Lori, I have a new digital scale and kept my old analog one too so when the digital said I had lost 3 pounds I confirmed it on my old one. Don't worry...I'm sure to FIND those pounds by tomorrow morning!;) LOL

Charlotte, 1000 crunches!? EEGADS! I don't think I would even ATTEMPT that! Ofcourse, has anyone ever counted the # of crunches in a coremax segment? 20 minutes of abs is a lot so there COULD very well be that many crunches in there! I actually recently sold my Coremax on ebay. I liked it but just don't want to commit 20 mins at a clip to my abs. I prefer to do 5-10 sessions every day or every other day.

I'm considering selling StretchMax too because I hardly use it...I know I should use it on a regular basis but I spend so much time working out as it is, it's hard to commit another chunk of time to a separate stretching routine on a regular basis.:-(

Well, I completed Shape It Up and ate lunch. Now it time for a shower. I re-evaluated my rotation plan and decided putting extra u/b work in is over kill so I'm leaving it out for now. This is my rotation for the next 10 days:

1) Shape It Up
2) Cardio-Abs
3) Firm It Up
4) Cardio-Abs
5) Mix It Up
6) Cardio-Abs
7) Tone It Up
8) Cardio-Abs
9) Tear It Up
10) Cardio-Abs

I will obviously plug in rest days at the appropriate points and may add in some leg work on cardio days if I have the time.

I am considering doing a CTX rotation after I complete a month with the SS series. I haven't done a CTX rotation since I was pregnant and that was the first and only time as a matter of fact. That will be like a rest for me as the work outs are all less than an hour!:D I will probably add in extra leg work though...some walking lunges will probably be PERFECT!

Well, off to the shower!

I know what you mean about core maxes! My ab muscles seem to tremble alot during those workouts. I think you get in alot of crunches. I will have to count them all next time, if I think of it.

Well I am finished with my workouts. Can't believe we got 2 inches of snow here and I just had the windows open yesterday. Good grief!

I'm here! I'm here! I probably missed you all though. :-( I got up at 5:30 today darn it! But during the week I would LOVE to sleep in. What's wrong with me?! I did ME (since I didn't do it yesterday) and RS - the last two routines and then the RS Challenge at the end. And I did Bowflex for my quads - the BFL pyramid way.

I'm not gonna write too much because if you girls don't come back then all it really is going to be is a journal! We washed cars today then went to my sister's to see the new cage she got for her rescued African Grey and then we went to Culvers (not to worry - it's CHEAT DAY!!!!). Then we had to go pick up Papa Murphy's take and bake pizza (not to worry - it's STILL CHEAT DAY!!!!!) because we're having DH's Dad and his wife and DH's grandparents over for the Bronco game. Go Broncos!!!

I'll see you girls tomorrow. I hope you all had good workouts today and Charlotte I hope you got your DH to do 1 million crunches with you!

Wendy - I'm glad you got to be a single 20 year old for a bit. I bet that was fun!

Lori - what on earth have you done? Please tell me so I don't have to read every post to find the trouble you've made. :p Don't worry - we will always love you here!
